Shipping and Delivery Your items are handmade and prepared with much love. We ask that you please allow a maximum of 7 to 15 days for the making thereof.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of ZAR99.00. Delivery is fulfilled through Aramex. Your order/s will be sent directly to your door within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please ensure someone is ready to collect the parcel at the address you have provided during normal working hours. It is important to note that your parcel is not insured, and we will not be held liable for any lost or damaged parcels, but we will however ensure that your item/s are packed with much care.
If you wish to collect your parcel, an email notification will be sent to you with the exact location and times for collection in Overbaakens, Port Elizabeth.

Returns We have provided a link to contact us, should you have any queries prior to purchasing a product. Because we are a small boutique store, we unfortunately cannot accept returns at this moment.
